Evergrey, a popular rock band, will perform in Marietta on March 12th. The performance is being dubbed a “Night with Evergrey,” as the band plans to stick around after the show to hang out with audience members. Tickets will be limited and go on sale next week. The Strand Theatre, located in Marietta Square, is now open. The historic building, once a destination for entertainment in the Atlanta area, is focusing on shows and performances that highlight its classic appeal. In January, it’s Smokey Joe’s Cafe, which will be followed in February by Paradocs, a rock and roll musical comprised of doctors and other medical professionals.
